01 Arrival at Alpensia Resort

Start your first snowboarding/skiing experience at Alpensia Ski Resort.

Check the location of the ticket office and equipment rental office through the resort map.

02 Purchase a lift/rental ticket

Purchase the lift ticket at the ticket office.

If you need to rent skis/board, please purchase the rental ticket as well.
(Rental tickets are not available at the equipment rental office.)

03 Equipment rentals

After purchasing the equipment rental ticket, move to the rental office situated inside building #203 Ski House.

After filling in the rental application form, submit it with your ID and rental ticket.

04 Wearing equipment

After receiving the items, please move to the locker room of the rental office and put on your equipment.

05 Admission to the Ski Resort

If it is your first time riding the board or skis, we recommend having lessons at the Alpensia Resort Ski School.
